About the role
The receptionist is the first point of contact for patients at a premium medical aesthetics clinic. This role ensures a smooth and professional patient experience while managing the flow of appointments and information throughout the day.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and patient files.
- Organize patient flow and maintain the clinic’s daily schedule.
- Coordinate communication between doctors, nurses, and patients.
- Keep the front‑desk area presentable, organized, and ready for patient interactions.
Required profile
- Prior experience in aesthetic, dermatology, or dental clinics is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Presentable, organized, and able to maintain a tidy workspace.
- Good command of English is a plus.
Required skills
- Computer literacy.
- Proficiency with booking and scheduling software.
