About the role
We are looking for a proactive and results‑driven Recruiter to join our team. You will own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Post job openings and source candidates through various channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and keep accurate candidate records
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Required profile
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- At least 3 years of experience recruiting for engineering positions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Required skills
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
