Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our fast‑paced retail team in Cairo. This full‑time, on‑site position will support end‑to‑end hiring for store and support functions, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and conduct initial interviews with candidates for retail and support roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Update recruitment trackers and enter data into HR systems.
• Collaborate with store managers and HR to understand staffing needs and post job advertisements.
• Assist with onboarding documentation, orientation scheduling, and employer‑branding initiatives.
• Participate in career events and help maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• HR or HR Management knowledge to support recruitment and staffing coordination.
• Experience with HRIS for candidate data management and reporting.
• Basic understanding of benefits administration and training processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with candidates and internal teams.
• Ability to work on‑site in Cairo, manage multiple vacancies and meet tight deadlines.
• Prior recruitment or HR support experience, preferably in retail or high‑volume hiring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
