Recruitment Associate

About the role

QStaffers is seeking a motivated Recruitment Associate to support hiring initiatives across multiple business areas. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop full‑cycle recruitment skills in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify qualified candidates through internal databases, job boards, schools, professional associations, and social media.
• Assist with high‑volume, non‑technical recruitment by screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and coordinating assessments.
• Administer basic skills tests when required.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a best‑in‑class experience.
• Communicate offers, orientation details, and expectations clearly to candidates.
• Update and report recruiting data in the ATS (Teamtailor).
• Collaborate with Recruitment Partners and hiring managers to meet hiring timelines.
• Research new sourcing channels and provide administrative support such as interview scheduling and feedback coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of recruitment experience (internship or entry‑level acceptable).
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with video‑conferencing tools such as Zoom.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools like Trello.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Teamtailor.
