About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Recruitment Specialist who is fluent in French and English to join our team immediately. The role focuses on supporting high‑volume hiring initiatives while ensuring a professional and positive experience for all candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end hiring and recruitment processes.
- Conduct interviews with candidates in both French and English.
- Communicate with various stallholders to coordinate recruitment activities.
- Support mass‑hiring campaigns and ensure timely candidate flow.
- Maintain professional communication with applicants throughout the recruitment journey.
Required profile
- At least 6 months of recruitment experience, preferably in a mass‑hiring environment.
- French proficiency at B2/C1 level and English proficiency at B2 level.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment processes, hiring strategies, and HR policies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, commute to the workplace, and start immediately.
