Recruitment Specialist – Hiring Expert

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to join SEIF Pharmacies in Fustat, Old Cairo. The role involves end‑to‑end talent acquisition for a variety of positions across our pharmaceutical business.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Source, screen and assess applicants through job portals, social media and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate fit against role requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and ensure alignment.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for future openings.
• Stay informed on recruitment trends and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum five years of recruitment experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities in both Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
