Recruitment Specialist (Italian/English Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Recruitment Specialist who is fluent in both Italian and English. The role involves managing end‑to‑end hiring processes, supporting large‑scale recruitment campaigns, and ensuring a professional experience for all candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Communicate with various stallholders and partners to source talent.
• Support mass‑hiring initiatives and coordinate large‑scale recruitment events.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with applicants throughout the process.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of recruitment experience, preferably in a mass‑hiring environment.
• Proficiency in Italian (B2/C1) and English (B2).
• Solid knowledge of recruitment processes, hiring strategies, and HR policies.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and commute to the workplace.
• Immediate availability to start.
