Recruitment Specialist

About the role

SEIF Pharmacies, a leading pharmaceutical company in Egypt, is looking for a motivated Recruitment Specialist to join its team in Old Cairo. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring the company attracts and secures top talent for a variety of positions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with business needs.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking events and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and assessments, and evaluate candidate fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and maintain alignment.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting to offer negotiation.
• Build and sustain a talent pipeline for future openings.
• Stay current on recruitment trends and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
