Registered Nurse – Travel & Study Abroad Support

About the role

The Nurse role at GrabScholarship provides essential clinical care and health assessments for participants in travel and study abroad programs. Based on‑site in Alexandria, the position ensures the health and safety of international students and travelers through routine medical services and health education.

Key responsibilities

• Provide basic clinical care and health assessments for participants in travel and study abroad programs.
• Conduct routine check‑ups, triage, and monitor common health conditions.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality.
• Coordinate referrals with local healthcare providers and follow up on treatment plans.
• Deliver health education, preventive care advice, and guidance on vaccination and travel‑related health risks.
• Collaborate with program coordinators and support staff to promote participant well‑being and respond to health incidents.

Required profile

• Active nursing license in Egypt and completion of an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred).
• Experience in clinical nursing practice, such as primary care, community health, or travel medicine.
• Knowledge of infection control, basic emergency response and first aid.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive health information in line with privacy standards.
• Flexibility to work on‑site in a dynamic environment with changing schedules.
