Relationship Officer

About the role

The Relationship Officer will manage a portfolio of individual and SME clients for Crédit Agricole Egypt, driving new client acquisition, revenue growth and high‑level service delivery. The role combines sales, client advisory and operational coordination to build lasting, profitable relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and achieve defined sales targets.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring revenue and profitability goals are met.
• Provide personalized service, anticipate client needs and maintain a superior customer experience.
• Upsell and cross‑sell bank products and services to deepen relationships.
• Coach and develop relationship assistants and junior officers.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Educate walk‑in customers on self‑service options and coordinate with credit, operations and other departments to resolve pending cases.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client relationship management within banking or financial services.
• Strong sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and maintain high service standards.
