Remote AI Trainer / Interpreter (Arabic & English)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Arabic‑English interpreter to help train and evaluate AI chat‑bot models. You will interact with the bots, assess their logical responses, and create conversation scripts to improve their performance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in realistic dialogues with AI chatbots in Arabic and English to gauge their progress.
• Design and write novel conversation scenarios that teach the bots appropriate responses.
• Measure and report on the correctness, relevance, and overall quality of the bots’ outputs.
• Provide diverse and complex problem sets for the models to solve.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Background in linguistics or related field is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree (optional).

• English language proficiency.
