Remote Appointment Setter / Sales Closer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Appointment Setter / Sales Closer to join our growing team. You will work with warm, pre‑qualified leads interested in aesthetic or dental treatments and turn conversations into booked consultations for our partner clinics in the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Call inbound warm leads and manage conversations across multiple clinic accounts.
• Book qualified appointments and secure deposits over the phone.
• Follow up with leads consistently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate notes in the CRM and update lead status.
• Achieve daily call activity and booking targets using provided scripts and performance systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, appointment setting or closing.
• Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Comfortable with high call volume and full‑time availability during UK working hours.
• Coachable, disciplined and proven track record of meeting targets.
• Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, dental, real estate, insurance, BPO or remote sales is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for lead tracking and documentation.
