Remote Bookkeeper

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Bookkeeper to support a multi‑entity operation that spans the UAE and Europe. The role is fully remote and ideal for finance professionals who enjoy maintaining precise records across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Track and organize invoices and receipts for UAE and European entities.
• Match payments to the correct company and payment processor.
• Maintain clear, accurate financial records across a multi‑entity structure.
• Reconcile transactions, flagging any discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure all documentation is audit‑ready and easily retrievable across entities.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably with multiple entities or currencies.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with UAE and European financial/payment systems.
• Trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive financial data.
