Remote Business Instructor for AI Training (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking experienced postsecondary business instructors to help shape the next generation of AI. Your classroom expertise will directly influence how AI understands, explains, and applies core business concepts such as strategy, management, operations, and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and review business questions, case studies, and scenarios used to train AI systems.
• Evaluate AI‑generated business content for accuracy, clarity, and real‑world relevance.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations, and examples.
• Apply teaching experience to validate complex scenarios and edge cases.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project milestones.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level.
• Strong command of core business topics including management, strategy, operations, and finance.
• Able to clearly articulate and evaluate business reasoning in written form.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• No prior AI experience required – subject‑matter expertise is key.
