Remote Document Reviewer for AI Training

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Document Reviewer to support the training of next‑generation AI systems. Working remotely, you will ensure that large volumes of data are accurate, consistent, and privacy‑compliant, directly influencing model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review structured and unstructured documents, checking for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and flag data‑quality issues, inconsistencies, and potential PII risks.
• Annotate, classify, and redact sensitive information according to privacy standards.
• Follow detailed guidelines, taxonomies, and workflow processes for data categorisation.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks to validate data integrity.
• Maintain comprehensive records of actions taken for traceability.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to the client’s team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in document review, auditing, annotation, redaction, or large‑scale data classification.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with handling and protecting Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow complex guidelines and taxonomies.
• Experience with QA or validation of large data sets.
