Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will assist customers from French‑speaking regions, handling inquiries through chat, email and phone, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions in French and English via chat, email and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical or order‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support system.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to achieve service goals.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in remote or online customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk or similar.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
