Remote LLM Agentic Trainer (Programmer)

About the role

Turing is looking for a remote LLM Agentic Trainer with programming expertise to ensure the quality of training data used in agentic AI systems. You will work closely with AI researchers to create and validate structured JSON tasks that power function‑calling workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Validate large‑scale training datasets and enforce strict quality standards.
• Create, manipulate, and structure JSON tasks for function‑calling workflows.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to align datasets with agentic AI use cases.
• Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across projects.
• Contribute to documentation and best‑practice guides for dataset preparation and validation.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or any programming language for data handling and automation.
• Solid understanding of SQL for querying and managing datasets.
• Expertise in handling JSON data structures.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data quality.
• Interest or exposure to agentic AI, large language models, or NLP best practices.
• Bonus: Experience with data annotation tools or prompt engineering for agentic AI.
