Remote Marketing Executive

About the role

The Growth Pillars is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to join its remote team. In this full‑time position you will design and launch marketing campaigns that drive client growth and support digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive market plans aligned with client objectives.
• Conduct market research to analyse customer behaviour, competition and industry trends.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
• Implement digital marketing initiatives across appropriate channels, including social media, email and paid media.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate reports and optimise strategies based on data insights.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to maintain clear communication on timelines and deliverables.

Required profile

• Strong market planning and research capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English; prior experience in e‑commerce or digital transformation projects is a plus.
