Remote Virtual Assistant – Full‑Time (Marketing Agency)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Remote Virtual Assistant to support ITH Media, a fast‑growing marketing agency that serves aesthetic clinics in the UK & Ireland. The role is fully remote and full‑time, focusing on client onboarding, billing, and internal operations.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients from start to finish and set up their CRMs in GoHighLevel.
• Build basic automations and workflows, create and organise Google Drive and ClickUp folders.
• Ensure clients join Slack and track signed agreements and onboarding completion.
• Manage client billing, monitor payments and flag issues.
• Calculate weekly pay for a 20‑plus member team, prepare payslips and ensure timely payments.
• Perform daily bookkeeping, keep accounts organised and up‑to‑date.
• Support additional tasks such as email marketing, content creation, admin support and process improvements when needed.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Reliable and proactive, able to spot problems before they arise.
• Comfortable using GoHighLevel, Google Drive, ClickUp and Slack (or quick to learn).
• Experience with billing, payments or bookkeeping is a plus.
