Reservations Call Center Agent – Remote (Arabic)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Reservations Call Center Agents to work from home in Egypt. You will join a 24/7 team that assists guests in booking stays with a fast‑growing budget hospitality brand. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a fast‑paced environment and have a passion for helping customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and turn inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Provide accurate information on property locations, availability, rates, and special promotions.
• Answer customer questions professionally and courteously.
• Work flexible shifts, including nights, to support a 24/7 operation.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in Arabic and solid proficiency in English.
• At least one year of experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment.
• Strong multitasking ability and keen attention to detail.
• Goal‑oriented, customer‑focused attitude.
• Availability to work 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.

Required skills

• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
