About the role

We are seeking Arabic‑speaking Reservations Call Center Agents to work from home in Egypt for a fast‑growing budget hospitality chain. In this role you will handle inbound calls, provide detailed property information, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities

Manage a high volume of incoming reservation calls.
Provide accurate information on property locations, availability, rates, and promotions.
Answer customer questions in a professional and friendly manner.
Convert inquiries into bookings while meeting quality standards.
Work flexible shifts, including nights, as part of a 24/7 team.

Required profile

Native‑level fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English.
At least 1 year of call‑center experience.
Strong multitasking ability and excellent attention to detail.
Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
Goal‑oriented and customer‑focused mindset.
Availability to work 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.
