About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Waiter to join our team in a hotel that belongs to the Accor network. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to guests in a dynamic dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests throughout their dining experience.
• Participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in setting up the restaurant and preparing for events.
• Follow company policies, departmental procedures, and training guidelines.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to maintain consistent food quality and service standards.
• Handle guest requests courteously and refer complex issues to the line manager when necessary.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the food service industry.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
