About the role

Artsy Silver is seeking enthusiastic Retail Jewelry Associates to represent the brand in its City Stars Mall location. You will create a welcoming luxury experience, helping customers discover the perfect jewelry pieces while supporting store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry items.
• Deliver an exceptional in‑store experience and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Achieve daily sales targets and support overall store performance.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Organise stock on the sales floor and replenish inventory as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and after‑sale support professionally.

Required profile

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Experience in fashion, jewelry, luxury retail, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
• Sales‑driven mindset with excellent customer handling abilities.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Good to very good level of English.
