Retail Sales Specialist – Customer Service at Mall Booth

About the role

Bosta is looking for a Retail Sales Specialist to manage its booth inside Citystars Mall. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to both business and individual clients while supporting basic retail and logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the booth daily, handling inquiries from businesses inside the mall and external customers using the PUDO service.
• Manage business drop‑offs, pickups, and cash‑out transactions as required.
• Assist walk‑in customers interested in Bosta services, guiding them through sign‑up without aggressive sales tactics.
• Prepare individual packages (wrapping, attaching flyers, adding address tags, scheduling pickups).
• Provide friendly, professional service to all visitors and handle occasional settlement processes with partner businesses.

Required profile

• Strong background in customer service.
• Comfortable handling simple financial transactions and settlements.
• Ability to run booth operations efficiently while maintaining a helpful attitude.
