Retail Salesperson

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Retail Salesperson to join New Star EG’s store in City Centre El Maadi. The role involves engaging customers, presenting our innovative product range and driving sales in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide detailed product and service information.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with potential customers, convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Issue invoices and process orders using the internal system.
• Maintain organized sales records and accurate customer data.
• Present compelling arguments to prospective customers and nurture positive business relationships for future sales.

Required profile

• High school diploma, technical institute certificate, or bachelor’s degree.
• Previous retail or sales experience is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation to enhance satisfaction.
• Team‑player who can work collaboratively.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
• Presentable, organized and target‑oriented.
