About the role
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to lead revenue optimisation across our luxury hotel portfolio. The role will drive revenue growth, shape pricing strategies and work closely with Sales, Marketing and Reservations to maximise profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute property‑wide revenue management strategies and pricing policies.
- Conduct market analysis, performance benchmarking and competitive set monitoring.
- Lead weekly/bi‑weekly revenue meetings, presenting insights from reporting data.
- Produce topline revenue forecasts and identify incremental profit opportunities across all revenue centres.
- Review performance regularly, optimise inventory and pricing in real time.
- Mentor and coach junior revenue team members.
- Collaborate with senior management, sales, finance and front‑office teams to align strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure reservations are efficiently managed in coordination with the reservations team.
Required profile
- Proven experience in hotel revenue management with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret market trends.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Leadership capability to mentor junior staff and influence cross‑functional teams.
