SaaS Product Owner Sr. Specialist

About the role

Vodafone is looking for an experienced SaaS Solution Product Owner to lead the commercial and operational management of its Microsoft Modern Workplace and Google Workspace solutions for enterprise customers. You will act as the bridge between sales, presales, delivery, and customer success teams, ensuring a seamless end‑to‑end customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support commercial management of Microsoft Modern Workplace and Google Workspace solutions.
• Prepare pricing, quotations, and commercial proposals aligned with business objectives and vendor programs.
• Monitor product profitability by tracking commercial performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Presales to qualify opportunities and maintain pipeline alignment.
• Coordinate commercial activities throughout the sales lifecycle, including licensing, order processing, renewals, and post‑sales support.
• Work with Delivery, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and lifecycle experience.
• Execute day‑to‑day SaaS subscription operations while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Maintain accurate commercial documentation, licensing records, and operational reports.
• Stay up to date with licensing, pricing, and program updates for Microsoft Modern Workplace and Google Workspace.
• Prepare reports and analyses on pricing, pipeline, renewals, and commercial performance.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in product management or SaaS product ownership.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive profitability.
• In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Modern Workplace and Google Workspace licensing models.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams and delivering value to both customers and the business.
