Sales Account Manager – Fire Fighting Systems

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, target‑driven Sales Account Manager to lead the promotion of fire‑fighting systems across commercial, industrial and residential markets. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships and delivering tailored fire‑protection solutions that meet regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for fire‑fighting systems in diverse market segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present customised proposals, quotations and technical presentations.
• Lead negotiations, close deals and ensure compliance with fire‑protection regulations.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management and after‑sales teams to provide seamless technical support throughout project lifecycles.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates and contract documentation using the company CRM.
• Stay informed on the latest fire‑safety trends, products and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Fire Protection or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum five years of B2B sales or account‑management experience, preferably within fire safety or building services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of fire‑protection equipment such as sprinklers, fire alarms, extinguishers, hydrants, pumps and suppression systems.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
