Sales Development Representative (Remote) – Home Services

About the role

Thaker Management is seeking a full‑time Sales Development Representative to generate qualified appointments for its home‑service clients. This remote, phone‑heavy position focuses on outbound prospecting, objection handling, and pipeline building for roofing, HVAC, pool construction, and related businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of cold and warm outbound calls each day to home‑service and construction companies.
• Open conversations, build rapport quickly, and navigate objections such as price, timing, or gatekeepers.
• Qualify prospects and book appointments directly into the scheduling system.
• Follow a structured daily call cadence with multiple touchpoints per prospect.
• Log all activity, notes, and follow‑up status in the GoHighLevel CRM.
• Send follow‑up texts and emails only to prospects who have consented.
• Track daily KPIs (dials, contacts, conversations, appointments set) and report weekly.
• Flag list‑quality issues or objection trends to management and adapt scripts as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience with high‑volume cold calling and a track record of results.
• Exceptional objection‑handling skills and thick skin for frequent rejection.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, persuasive phone presence.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to work US business hours (CST preferred).
• Coachability and willingness to implement feedback quickly.
• Reliable internet connection, quality headset, and a quiet professional workspace.
