Sales Executive & Sales Manager – Hospitality

About the role

Beit El Wadi Resort is looking for experienced Sales Executives and a Sales Manager to drive hospitality sales in Wadi Alnatrun. The roles focus on promoting the resort’s services, acquiring new corporate accounts, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Promote the resort’s facilities, services, and hospitality packages.
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, and on‑site client visits.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and close deals.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
• For the Sales Manager: design and implement sales strategies, lead and motivate the sales team, and monitor performance.
• Develop new corporate accounts, negotiate commercial agreements, and monitor market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel, resort, or hospitality sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Target‑oriented with solid business development skills.
• Good command of English.
• For the Sales Manager position: prior experience leading a sales team.
• Maximum age of 35 years for the Sales Manager role.
