Sales Manager – HDPE Pipes

About the role

The Sales Manager – HDPE Pipes will lead the commercial strategy for NAFFCO’s HDPE pipe portfolio, driving sales growth, market share and profitability across assigned regions and customer segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, including targets, territory plans, pricing and promotions.
• Identify and win new customers in municipal water, irrigation, industrial, oil & gas and construction sectors.
• Manage and expand strategic key accounts through regular engagement and value‑added proposals.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to create tailored HDPE pipe solutions and support tender responses, demonstrations and site visits.
• Provide commercial guidance on pricing, contracts, payment terms and warranty conditions.
• Work with Marketing to produce product collateral, case studies and promotional campaigns.
• Represent NAFFCO at trade shows, industry events and technical seminars to promote HDPE pipe solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce or related field; technical engineering qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in pipes, plastics, building materials or related industrial products.
• At least 3 years in a sales leadership role managing teams, channels or key accounts.
• Proven track record selling HDPE pipes or related fluid‑handling systems.
• Experience engaging with municipal authorities, contractors, consultants and distributors.
