Sales Manager – Hematology (Pharma)

About the role

The Sales Manager – Hematology will lead the commercial activities for Hikma Pharmaceuticals’ hematology portfolio in Egypt. Reporting to senior commercial leadership, the role is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market share and ensuring profitable growth across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy and business plan for the hematology portfolio to meet revenue, market share and profitability goals.
• Lead, coach and monitor a sales team, set clear objectives and drive performance through talent development.
• Optimize territory coverage, forecasting and performance management to ensure commercial excellence.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, hospitals and purchasing authorities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Supply Chain and other cross‑functional teams to implement brand and engagement plans.
• Drive product lifecycle initiatives, including launch readiness, portfolio expansion and market penetration.
• Analyze sales data and market metrics to provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and local healthcare requirements.
• Manage departmental resources and budgets to optimize return on investment.
