About the role

This full‑time remote Sales and Marketing Specialist position drives revenue growth and enhances brand visibility for Flash Software Solutions. The specialist identifies and qualifies leads, presents software solutions to prospective clients, and manages the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business leads across target markets.
• Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospective clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate agreements and close deals.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate demand.
• Create sales collateral and marketing materials aligned with product messaging.
• Collaborate with product, support and engineering teams to ensure consistent market positioning.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post‑sale support.
• Deliver product training and demonstrations to clients and internal teams.
• Collect client feedback and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales and sales‑management experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong training and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated and organized in a remote work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
