Sales Promoter (Hybrid Retail Role)

About the role

Shosh® is seeking a motivated Sales Promoter to join its retail team in City Stars, Nasr City. This full‑time hybrid position combines on‑site customer interaction with occasional work‑from‑home tasks, supporting the brand’s growth across the GCC and Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, provide expert product advice, and guide purchase decisions.
• Assist customers in selecting hair‑care and styling products that meet their needs.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize displays, and ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
• Manage inventory levels, place product orders, and monitor stock availability.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash or electronic payments.
• Report operational issues, address customer complaints, and escalate when necessary.
• Prepare regular reports on sales KPIs, inventory status, and team productivity.
• Assign tasks to sales associates, cashiers, and coordinators to optimise workflow.
• Supervise opening and closing procedures, including petty‑cash handling and compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work six days a week with a rotational day off.
• Organised and detail‑oriented, capable of handling inventory and reporting tasks.
• Flexibility to work either morning (10 am‑6 pm) or night (3 pm‑11 pm) shifts.
• Team player who can assign and monitor tasks across the shop floor.
