Sales Promoter – Retail Salesperson (Hybrid)

About the role

Shosh® is looking for a dynamic Sales Promoter to join its retail team at City Stars, Nasr City. This full‑time hybrid position combines on‑site customer interaction with occasional work‑from‑home tasks, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our hair‑care clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, provide expert product advice, and guide purchase decisions.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate hair‑care products and styling tools.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory levels, place product orders, and ensure stock availability.
• Handle sales transactions, petty cash, and oversee opening/closing procedures.
• Report operational issues, resolve customer complaints, and escalate when necessary.
• Prepare regular reports on KPIs, sales trends, inventory status, and team productivity.
• Assign routine and non‑routine tasks to sales associates, cashiers, and coordinators.
• Communicate sales targets, monitor performance, and advise management on corrective actions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work six days a week with a rotational day off.
• Flexibility to cover morning (10 am‑6 pm) or night (2 pm‑10 pm) shifts.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements.
