Sales Representative – Home Furniture Showroom

About the role

APEX Furniture is looking for a full‑time Sales Representative to join its home‑furniture showroom in Cairo. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them explore our modern and classic collections, understand their needs, and find the right furniture solutions for their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors, assess their requirements, and guide them through product options.
• Present features, benefits, and pricing of furniture items, and prepare accurate quotations.
• Process sales transactions using the point‑of‑sale system and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain and refresh showroom displays, keeping product information up‑to‑date.
• Follow up on orders, coordinate deliveries, and address any post‑sale inquiries.
• Stay informed about new collections, promotions, and inventory levels.

Required profile

• Strong retail sales background with a proven ability to meet targets.
• Good product knowledge of home furniture, materials, and layout concepts.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or design is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
