About the role

The Sales Secretary supports the sales team at the Semiramis InterContinental Cairo, ensuring smooth administrative operations and high‑level guest service. This position combines hospitality expertise with strong organisational skills to keep the sales office efficient and responsive.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain filing systems, handle incoming calls, and manage correspondence.
• Prepare reports, files, and business documentation for the sales department.
• Arrange appointments, meetings, and take dictation as required.
• Process mail, handle general enquiries, and log security incidents.
• Uphold confidentiality, brand standards, and health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Sense of hospitality and prior experience in hotel operational departments.
• Proven track record in successful administration.
• Ability to handle guest complaints with a positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Fluency in English.
• Computer proficiency and ability to use standard office software.
