Sales & Service Specialist – Saudi Market

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Service Specialist to support our Saudi market students from our Cairo office. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping learners achieve their goals while driving course renewals and referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultation and support to students following established SOPs.
• Build strong customer relationships through personalized learning plans.
• Promote course renewals and follow up with customers to increase conversion rates.
• Monitor student progress, analyse data, and suggest improvement strategies.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Drive renewals, referrals, and achieve defined sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or telesales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and customer service.
• English proficiency at B1 level.
• Target‑driven, motivated and approachable personality.
