Sales Specialist – Order Management

About the role

SMSUP is looking for a Sales Specialist to manage the full order cycle, from lead receipt through production, invoicing, dispatch and collection. You will work closely with multiple internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end order cycle, monitoring activities on FINSYS & Insoft.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Warehouse, Finance and Dispatch.
• Develop relationships with active and inactive accounts to generate repeat business and new purchase orders.
• Provide accurate ETA/ETD updates and resolve order‑related issues proactively.
• Monitor customer balances, credit limits, collections and perform account reconciliations.
• Identify sales growth opportunities and promote the company’s product portfolio and “One Stop Shop” solutions.
• Prepare and analyse regular reports on sales, quotations, conversions, pending orders and account performance.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members on FINSYS, Insoft and operational processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, order management, customer relations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the sales and order management cycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably FINSYS.
• Experience with Insoft.
