Sales Specialist – Sewing Machines & Spare Parts

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to drive sales of sewing machines and spare parts, achieve monthly and annual targets, and develop new business opportunities in Mubarak, Port Said.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Sell sewing machines and spare parts to existing and new customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and close sales.
• Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information and support.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and track sales performance.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in the sewing machines and spare parts industry.
• Previous experience selling sewing machine spare parts (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of sewing machines, spare parts, and their applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Existing customer base in the same industry is a plus.
