About the role
ACCBC – Egypt is hiring several Sales Supervisors to lead field sales teams across retail and wholesale channels in multiple Egyptian regions. The role focuses on achieving monthly sales targets, driving customer engagement, and ensuring full compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet daily and monthly sales goals.
- Plan and review daily sales meetings, set outlet‑by‑outlet targets, and monitor performance.
- Negotiate sales contracts, prices, and payment terms in line with ACCBC credit and collection policies.
- Promote new products and special offers to maximize volume and distribution.
- Ensure adherence to route planning, journey plans, and outlet presentation standards.
- Maintain compliance with ACCBC sales, credit, collection, logistics, code of conduct, and HR policies, as well as Egyptian labour law.
Required profile
- Proven experience supervising field sales teams in a traditional trade environment.
- Strong ability to analyse daily results and implement corrective actions.
- Excellent negotiation and customer‑relationship skills.
- Commitment to policy compliance and disciplined execution.
