Sales Team Leader for Project & Academy Sales

About the role

Lead, coach, and manage the day‑to‑day performance of ACACIA Zone’s sales team across both project sales and Academy sales channels. The role is based in Sharq, Port Said and focuses on driving revenue for interior‑design projects and educational programs.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise the end‑to‑end sales funnel – from lead generation and qualification to closing and after‑sales follow‑up.
• Drive sales of interior design and architecture project services to prospective clients.
• Drive enrollment and sales for ACACIA Zone Academy courses and training programs.
• Set, track, and report on sales KPIs, targets, and conversion rates for the team.
• Coordinate closely with design, Academy, and marketing teams to align offers, pipeline, and messaging.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Proven experience leading or supervising a sales team.
• Experience managing a full sales funnel, from lead generation through closing.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
