About the role
CID Consulting is hiring a Salesforce Functional Consultant in Cairo. The consultant translates client business needs into effective Salesforce solutions, working from requirements gathering through configuration and adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Map sales, service and customer processes.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, reports, dashboards and approval processes.
- Write user stories and support solution design.
- Conduct workshops, demos, testing and user training.
- Work with technical teams on customizations and integrations.
Required profile
- Strong CRM process knowledge across sales and service.
- Requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories and documentation.
- Testing, UAT, training and strong client-facing communication.
- Preferred: Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant, and Platform App Builder.
Required skills
- Salesforce configuration, Flows, reports, dashboards, roles and permissions.
- CRM process knowledge and user story writing.
