Salesperson – Fragrance Brand

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Salesperson to join our growing fragrance brand. The role supports daily operations, engages customers, and helps drive sales and brand awareness. You will work either remotely or on‑site, collaborating closely with the marketing and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide personalized fragrance recommendations.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives, including promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Manage customer communications across social media and messaging platforms.
• Help maintain the brand’s image and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track customer feedback and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for perfumes, beauty, or luxury products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
