SAP Functional Supervisor / Manager

About the role

Envision Employment Solutions is recruiting an SAP Functional Supervisor/Manager for one of its partners, a pioneer in the information technology and services industry. The role leads the SAP function behind a large-scale tax and revenue management platform, covering implementations, upgrades, rollouts and escalations across PSCD, FICA and Case Management. It is a hybrid position based in the 6th of October City area.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of SAP consultants, driving performance and career growth
• Oversee SAP projects end to end, from requirements gathering to deployment, on time and within budget
• Manage SAP upgrades, implementations and rollouts across PSCD (Tax and Revenue Management), FICA and Case Management
• Act as main point of contact for SAP escalations and drive issues to resolution
• Ensure the stability, security and performance of SAP systems, working with internal teams and external vendors
• Monitor and optimise SAP processes and workflows to improve efficiency
• Translate business needs into SAP solutions that meet business and compliance requirements
• Build the long-term SAP strategy and roadmap, identify automation and process-improvement opportunities, and lead training and knowledge transfer

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field; a Master's is a plus
• 8+ years of experience with SAP systems, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Proven track record of full SAP implementations and system upgrades
• Understanding of Egyptian tax law and legislation and IFRS
• Experience leading change management and process improvement within SAP environments
• Consulting experience preferred
• Excellent English communication skills, able to work with business leaders and technical teams
