SAP SuccessFactors ECP Associate (ETIC)

About the role

PwC’s Business Application Consulting team is looking for an Associate to join the ETIC practice, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). You will work with clients to optimise operational efficiency through the analysis, implementation and support of SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors/ECP solutions.
• Configure, test and deploy SAP SuccessFactors modules and ECP functionality.
• Provide training, documentation and post‑go‑live support to ensure seamless integration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain project documentation and adhere to PwC’s professional standards.
