SAP SuccessFactors Graduate Program – German Speaking Consultant (Cairo)

About the role

This graduate program is designed for fresh graduates who want to start a consulting career focused on SAP SuccessFactors. You will work with German‑speaking clients, support configuration and testing activities, and develop the skills needed to become a full‑fledged SAP SuccessFactors consultant.

Key responsibilities

• Support SAP SuccessFactors configuration, testing and documentation.
• Assist in client workshops and meetings conducted in German.
• Prepare workbooks, test scripts and training materials.
• Contribute to post‑go‑live support and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with ETIC and cross‑functional SAP teams.
• Follow a structured learning journey with on‑the‑job coaching.
• Research new SuccessFactors modules and HR‑tech best practices.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration (HR), Management Technology or a related field.
• Fluent German speaker (mandatory).
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication abilities.
• Interest in HR technology and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Previous HR/IT internship or academic exposure is a plus.
• Motivation to learn and grow within a consulting career.
