About the role

Join SAPERE Partners to help organisations transition to modern, cloud‑based human resource management. As a SAP SuccessFactors & HCM Consultant you will apply your expertise in SAP HR solutions and HR processes to deliver real value for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Implement cloud‑based SAP SuccessFactors solutions for client projects.
• Design and optimise HR processes that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Depending on experience, lead project teams or manage specific workstreams.

Required profile

• Completed degree or vocational training in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in HR or SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Strong communication skills in German, French and English.
• Willingness to travel and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• High problem‑solving ability.
