Scrum Master Senior Associate (German Speaker)

About the role

PwC is seeking a German‑speaking Scrum Master Senior Associate to join its Advisory team in Cairo. In this role you will lead project portfolio management activities, ensuring projects are selected, prioritised and resourced to deliver strategic outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project selection, prioritisation and resource allocation across multiple client engagements.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments and guide teams toward successful delivery within budget and timeline.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable project plans.
• Monitor project performance, report insights and recommend improvements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while mentoring junior team members.

Required profile

• Fluent German language skills (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in Agile environments, preferably as a Scrum Master.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and adapt quickly.
