Section Head Site Engineer – Electrical

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Section Head Site Engineer – Electrical to lead and supervise electrical activities on large‑scale construction sites. The role involves ensuring that all electrical works comply with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all electrical site activities, guaranteeing compliance with design documents and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with the technical office, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of the project.
• Monitor progress, quality, and resource allocation, reporting any deviations promptly.
• Review electrical drawings and verify correct implementation on‑site.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical and site‑related issues while maintaining project timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• More than 9 years of experience in electrical construction projects.
• Proven experience on mega‑construction projects, particularly hospitals or medical centers.
• Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage site teams and deliver projects on schedule and to quality standards.
